Poul Hundevad eight-drawer double chest in warm oak, 1960s
A wide, low double chest veneered in pale golden oak with a straight, even grain running across each drawer front, arranged in two columns of four drawers. Each drawer is fitted with a recessed rectangular carved-oak pull, and the piece stands on four slender cylindrical solid-oak legs.
The chest presents in very good, clean condition overall with no visible damage or notable wear to the drawer fronts, pulls or legs. There is a light colour variation on the top surface where a shelf or object has sat over time, leaving a slightly different tone to the surrounding area.
